Metallica reschedule show after James Hetfield tests positive for COVID
Get well soon, Papa Het! Metallica have pushed back their M72 date at the State Farm Stadium as “unfortunately COVID has caught up with James”.
Because there’s no such thing as too much Metallica x Stranger Things, the band have just launched official Hellfire Club merch.
Yes, the Metallica and Stranger Things content keeps on coming – and no, we’re not getting bored of it.
To celebrate all the awesome stuff that has come from Eddie Munson shredding Master Of Puppets in the season finale, ’Tallica have just unveiled an official new merch collaboration with Stranger Things. The band wore Hellfire Club shirts during a fun ‘duet’ video last month, and have now created their very own T-shirt, baseball tee and hoodie.
“We’re having the most metal meeting ever of The Hellfire Club so we’re scouting out ‘lost sheep’ and outsiders to join,” they say. “Do you think you have what it takes? Then suit up!”
Last weekend, Metallica met up with actor Joseph Quinn, who plays Eddie in the show, to jam Puppets and gift him a signed guitar. Watch that incredibly wholesome interaction below.
