The trailer for Horizon: An American Saga has arrived – and among its star-studded cast is none other than Jamie Campbell Bower.

Following some fantastic Western-tinged solo singles in the past couple of years, Jamie will now be helping to translate that genre onto the big screen this summer for Kevin Costner’s upcoming two-part (or possibly four-part) epic, which also stars Sienna Miller, Sam Worthington, Jena Malone and more.

As per the film’s synopsis, Horizon: An American Saga is set to be a ‘multi-faceted chronicle covering the Civil War expansion and settlement of the American West’, with these first two chapters exploring ‘the lure of the Old West and how it was won – and lost – through the blood, sweat and tears of many.

‘Spanning the four years of the Civil War, from 1861 to 1865, Costner’s ambitious cinematic adventure will take audiences on an emotional journey across a country at war with itself, experienced through the lens of families, friends and foes all attempting to discover what it truly means to be the United States of America.’

Sharing a quote from his character in the movie, which is spoken to Kevin Costner, Jamie took to social media to post the trailer and tease: “Looks like we got ourselves a bad man right here.”

The first chapter of Horizon: An American Saga film will hit cinemas on June 28, and the second on August 16.
