Fresh from releasing a stunning Sleep Token cover only a few days ago, there’s even more good stuff from actor and musician Jamie Campbell Bower this week: he’s joining the cast of The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power.

The 36-year-old Londoner will be swapping The Upside Down in Stranger Things 4 for Middle-earth, with Prime Video confirming that Jamie will be a ‘series regular’ in the third season of the show.

Fellow actor Eddie Marsan has also been added to the cast, and will ‘appear in a recurring role’ in The Rings Of Power, which is in pre-production now and will be filming at Shepperton Studios in the spring.

Last April, Jamie revealed his heavier side with new project BloodMagic, and their debut single Death / Rebirth. “Blood runs through all of us, a little magic too,” he said. “Welcome to BloodMagic.”
