Panic! At The Disco and blink-182 set to headline When We Were Young 2025
Yes, and the rest of the Las Vegas mega-fest’s line-up is absolutely stacked, as ever, including the return of letlive.
blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been very busy in the studio since the band got back from tour…
After wrapping up a colossal year of touring with blink-182 – including headlining Reading & Leeds in August – Travis Barker hasn’t stopped.
The drummer has clearly hit the studio hard since returning from the road, sharing a new update on Instagram that he’s “Recorded two albums over October/November with some great people. Got to play around with some of my toys too.” He also adds that he recorded “more drums for a new album coming out next year”.
So… could any of these be for blink? The pop-punk legends released their ONE MORE TIME… PART-2 deluxe album in September, but of course Travis has previously worked with everyone from Avril Lavigne and Machine Gun Kelly to Lil Wayne and Pharrell Williams, so he could be teasing collabs with quite literally anyone.
Interestingly, though, in the first video from his time in the studio in which he plays a drum beat, he notes that it’s not blink-182’s 2016 single Bored To Death, but it’s him “recording drums to a new song for a new album”.
Basically, it seems like we’re going to get a whole lot of Travis Barker stuff at some point in the future!
In other blink news, the band will be headlining next year’s When We Were Young, doing a seemingly mostly retro set including stuff from Enema Of The State, Take Off Your Pants And Jacket, Untitled and more.
