After recently teasing the beginning of a new era, PVRIS have officially kickstarted their next chapter with dark and aggressive new single Monster.

Vocalist Lynn Gunn explains of the track: "Monster is a song about reckoning with outside opinions and expectations put upon oneself.

"It can be easy to take on the weight of negative situations/opinions, this is about the struggle of releasing those inhibitions and internalisations and returning back to yourself."

The single follows PVRIS' 2020 album Use Me, and will presumably be played live for the first time – along with two other brand-new songs – on their upcoming U.S. tour, which starts in August. "We are debuting three new songs on tour to give you an advanced preview of what’s to come," PVRIS shared earlier this month. "It’s about to get crazy." We don't doubt it…
