Green Day side-project The Coverups announce 2025 London show
Surprise! Billie Joe Armstrong will be back in London next month for another special show with his side-project The Coverups.
The UK and European dates for Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer's rescheduled Hella Mega Tour have now been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, fans would have been excitedly gearing up for the beginning of the UK and European leg of this year's epic Hella Mega Tour – the first date being June 13 in Paris at the La Defense Arena. And while Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer sadly had to postpone the tour due to the coronavirus pandemic, the rescheduled dates have now been confirmed for summer 2021.
The trio of rock titans will be crossing the pond slightly earlier in the month next year, kicking off the tour in Vienna on June 9, and wrapping things up in Dublin on June 30. In between, they'll take on Paris, Antwerp, Groningen, London, Huddersfield and Glasgow, with original tickets remaining valid. Bonus: the incredibly awesome Amyl And The Sniffers will be joining them at all dates.

"We’ll be announcing summer 2021 dates with the same venues very soon so hold on to those tickets," the bands originally said in their joint statement announcing their postponement.
"All ticket holders all be emailed directly with refund options as well. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you in 2021."
