Green Day announce Hollywood Walk Of Fame star ceremony
Green Day will be getting their long-overdue Hollywood Walk Of Fame star on May 1, and the likes of Ryan Reynolds and Serena Williams will be in attendance to celebrate.
Before they headline this weekend’s When We Were Young fest, Green Day will be playing a 1,000-capacity club show on October 19.
Surprise! Well, not really… Green Day have just announced a “not so top-secret” show in Las Vegas tomorrow night.
The band will play the 1,000-capacity Fremont Country Club on October 19, ahead of this weekend’s massive When We Were Young fest at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.
Support tomorrow evening comes from Ultra Q (whose members include frontman Billie Joe Armstrong’s son, Jakob).
With tickets going on sale tomorrow at 10am PT, Green Day have shared that the show will be for ages 21+, and fans can get two tickets max per person. The band also encourage: “Don’t forget to wear your best zombie look, make-up and attire.” Which may refer to the 21st Century Breakdown-esque teaser video they posted earlier in the week, which also featured zombies. Oooohhhh…
