System Of A Down add new stadium dates with Korn, A7X and Deftones
System Of A Down’s previously-announced stadium dates with Korn, Avenged Sevenfold and Deftones have already sold out, with the band adding second nights in each city.
Two down, one more to go! The A7X boys are returning to the hallowed grounds of Donington.
You've already seen the news that Ozzy Osbourne will be headlining Download Festival 2018, and now it turns out that Avenged Sevenfold will be joining him on top of the bill!
Talking exclusively to Kerrang!, frontman M. Shadows says: "It feels good, because I guess that means we didn't fuck it up too badly the first time (laughs)! It's obviously an honour to do it, and when we headlined it previously, that was one of our favourite shows ever."
Read the rest of the interview in the current issue of Kerrang!, which you can get here.
To get yourself pumped for their Donington return, watch them performing Unholy Confessions when they headlined the festival back in 2014.
They've got a back catalogue of modern-day metal anthems, and we're looking forward to seeing songs from their 2016 album The Stage thrown into the set too.
Download Festival 2018 takes place between 8 – 10 June, 2018 at Donington Park in Derbyshire. Tickets are on sale now and available to buy here.
