"England! We are excited to be returning to the Bloodstock hallowed grounds to do battle with you and the Saxon hordes," says Amon Amarth's Johan Hegg. "We look forward to fighting and feasting with you! See you soon."

Also announced for the main stage at BOA 2024 are Clutch, Malevolence, Green Lung, Rotting Christ, Flogging Molly, Unleash The Archers, Septicflesh and Night Flight Orchestra.

Over on the Sophie Lancaster Stage, Igorrr will headline the Friday night, with Korpiklaani, Hellripper and Infected Rain all booked across the weekend.

Next year's Bloodstock takes place at Catton Park, Derbyshire, on August 8 – 11.
