As December Falls have released new track For The Plot – which vocalist Bethany Hunter calls an “uplifting ‘f*ck your ex’ anthem!”

As December Falls have unleashed a new single and video, For The Plot.
Ahead of the release of their forthcoming record Everything’s On Fire But I’m Fine – which is due out on August 8 via ADF Records via Virgin Records – the band share what Bethany Hunter describes as an “uplifting ‘fuck your ex’ anthem”.
“I’m sure everyone has a chaotic best friend but mine wins as the most chaotic,” explains the singer. “We were on the Join The Club tour at the end of 2023 and I received a voice-note from her, saying that she’d found out her boyfriend had cheated on her so, for the plot, she slept with his best mate and blocked her ex on everything. He then proceeded to email her over 100 times and she yelled on the voice note, ‘Who sends a fucking email!?’ When we got back from tour, I wrote the song for her as an uplifting ‘fuck your ex’ anthem!”
