Måneskin have just unveiled a spectacularly cinematic new video for their latest single The Loneliest.

The Italian rock’n’rollers’ new power ballad now has an equally huge accompanying video, featuring a funeral, lots of rain and all sorts of badass gothic imagery.

“We’re so excited for you all to finally hear The Loneliest,” enthuses singer Damiano David. “This song means a lot to me, it’s a personal song but I hope you can all relate to it in your own way. We played a tiny surprise show in London and performed The Loneliest live for the first time and your reaction meant so much to us! We’re having a whirlwind year touring the globe, meeting fans at gigs and festivals all over the world, from Japan to America to Europe and beyond, and we can’t wait to continue touring and releasing more music into 2023!”

In that piece, Måneskin reflect on their incredible rise since winning last year’s Eurovision, with frontman Damiano David sharing: “We always thought we could actually make it. Everything that is happening now makes us super happy and super proud, but we’re also not starstruck by it, because we fucking worked our asses off to get here. We deserve it and we know how to keep it and we know what we want to do. But we also know it’s not something that happens every day.

“We know that this is our train and we’ve been smart enough and lucky enough to jump on it, but since we’re already on it, we want to chill and enjoy the trip without thinking, ‘Where are we going to get to?’ Because we don’t really give a shit. We’re just having fun, and things are getting even better.”
