Judas Priest unleash War Pigs cover: “We’re honoured to show our love for Ozzy and Black Sabbath”
Watch Judas Priest pay tribute to Sabbath with a cover of War Pigs – “a song we play at every show around the world that fans sing along to…”
The metal gods brought out the title-track of their 1978 album last night in Paris.
Given that Judas Priest turns 50 this year (as a band, that is), it stands to reason that they have a pretty extensive back catalog. And last night in Paris, the band showed just how packed their full song list truly is by playing a track for the first time since its release… 41 years ago.
The song, Killing Machine, is the title track of Priest's 1978 release, and hasn't been performed live since that album's tour cycle. But fans at the Zénith de Paris last night got a treat as the band wheeled it out as part of their recent habit of playing rarities on their current Firepower tour.
