Ahead of this month’s Spicy Meatball arena tour, Kyle Gass has confirmed that Tenacious D have been working on a new album – the follow-up to 2018 fourth LP Post-Apocalypto.

Tenacious D announce 2024 Spicy Meatball arena tour
Following this year’s epic arena tour, Tenacious D will be back for more in 2024 – and apparently these shows will be “better than The Beatles… better than the Stones… even better than Taylor Swift”.

Tenacious D will return to the UK and Europe next year for an arena tour.
The duo’s upcoming Spicy Meatball Tour will be hitting these shores next April and May, kicking off in Stockholm and wrapping up in Paris.
Teasing what’s to come from these shows, an ‘anonymous rock historian’ shares: “It’s no joke. Tenacious D is the best band in the world and in the Spicy Meatball Tour they are at the peak of their powers. Better than The Beatles… better than the Stones… even better than Taylor Swift. And they have pyro!!! Do not miss the spicy meatball… it’s D- licious!!!”
