Sanguisugabogg announce their “most brutal album to date”, Hideous Aftermath

Sanguisugabogg have just announced their new album, Hideous Aftermath.

Following the huge success of Homicidal Ecstasy, the band – vocalist Devin Swank, guitarist/bassists Drew Arnold and Ced Davis, and drummer Cody Davidson – will release album number three on October 10 via Century Media. And Devin promises that it’s “definitely our most death metal record, our most personal record, our most focused and brutal record to date,” as well as teasing that, “It’s the one where we rolled our sleeves up and brought our A-game.”

The band are marking the news with the release of the NSFW, Black Hole Sun-esque video for Abhorrent Contraception, explaining: “As a death metal band diving deep in dark tropes of fantasy and exaggerated real life horrors, this song is a timeless classic with a theme very tried and true with our genre and it’s about the slaughter of an entire family and the unborn.”
