Happy Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge day! My Chemical Romance have just unveiled the brand-new deluxe edition of their second album, which has been remixed and remastered by GRAMMY-winning producer Rich Costey.
And just like album opener Helena last month, the New Jersey kings have also given their beloved video for The Ghost Of You the restoration treatment, so we can see the cinematic masterpiece all over again but this time in glorious 4K. Get stuck in to all things Three Cheers now…

Plus, last night (June 5), MCR hosted a Los Angeles playback of the updated record – and guitarist Frank Iero surprised fans in attendance.
“Thank you guys so much for coming, I really appreciate it,” he announced. “The record sounds fucking amazing. Ray [Toro, MCR guitarist] and Rich Costey did an amazing job, it’s one of my favourite listens I’ve had in quite a while. I hope you all enjoy it, thank you guys so much for taking the time to come tonight. Eat some popcorn, cover your eyes, shut the lights off, and listen to the record.
