Album review: Cult Of The Lamb – Hymns Of The Unholy
An all-star line-up turn the smash indie game’s futuristic soundtrack into sublime metal bangers.
Trivium and In Flames will open for Megadeth and Lamb Of God on their massive North American co-headliner.
There have been rumblings about Megadeth and Lamb Of God working on something together for a few weeks now. Some wondered if that would be the re-ignition of Mayhem Fest, though the organizers claimed that wasn't the case. Now, the two bands have announced their plans: a massive North American co-headlining tour, with Trivium and In Flames opening for them.
'Massive' isn't just a reference to the scope of the bands, either -- the tour has legs in both summer and fall, and includes multiple stops in Canada. That plus two of the biggest bands in metal history trading headliners -- and two of the biggest contemporary legends opening for them -- make this an impressive trek.
