Photographer Scarlet Page celebrates 30 years of work with new London exhibition
Scarlet Page has dug out plenty of “treasures from a different time” for a special London exhibition in September, celebrating 30 years of music photography.
Watch the funeral service live, and raise a glass of Jack Daniel’s and Coke to one of the greatest rockstars to ever grace the planet…
Motörhead frontman and rock icon, Ian ‘Lemmy’ Kilmister, will be laid to rest today in a private funeral in LA.
The service is set to be live-streamed via Youtube at 10.30pm UK time (2.30pm LA time) from the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Los Angeles. Rock fans from around the world are set to unite in a number of memorial services to celebrate the life of one of the genre’s finest.
Some of the most renown bars on the Sunset Strip – including Lemmy’s favourite local The Rainbow – will be screening the service, with the likes of the Roxy and Whiskey A Go Go following suit. London will see fans gather at the likes of The Wig and Gown in Holloway, which will be playing Motörhead all night long as well as showing the live stream of the funeral.
You’ll be able to watch the live stream from 10.30pm UK time at the link below. Don’t forget to leave your tributes to Lemmy in the comments section.
