Deftones are back onstage and kicking off a busy year, following a slightly less packed 2024 on the live front.
The alt. metal heroes are currently three shows into a huge 2025 U.S. tour, bringing along Fleshwater and The Mars Volta (who have gotten people talking by playing an entire, unreleased new record) as support.
Headline sets in Portland, Seattle and their hometown of Sacramento have seen Deftones consistently deliver a 19-song setlist, with the most notable additions being Saturday Night Wrist’s Hole In The Earth for the first time since 2019, and Adrenaline’s Bored for the first time since 2018.
Elsewhere, Chino Moreno and co. are playing all the bangers you’d hope for, opening with Be Quiet And Drive (Far Away) into My Own Summer (Shove It), and performing the likes of Swerve City, Rocket Skates, Sextape, Change (In The House Of Flies), Minerva and more. So far, it’s remained the same each night, but watch this space in case they make any new tweaks.

Deftones will be back in the UK this summer, headlining Halifax’s The Piece Hall and the Eden Sessions in St. Austell, along with a massive, sold-out date at London’s Crystal Palace Park on June 29.
