Bring Me The Horizon’s NX_GN tour began last night in Cardiff, alongside Bad Omens, Static Dress and Cassyette. Here’s a look at what they played – from Drown to Teardrops to Shadow Moses…
Last night in Cardiff, Bring Me The Horizon kicked off the first night of their sold-out NX_GN tour, supported by Bad Omens, Static Dress and Cassyette in what might be one of the best tour line-ups of the year.
As Horizon move ever-closer to their new record, the setlist is packed with latest singles like DArkSide and AmEN!, as well as the first-ever live performance of Kool‐Aid, which dropped last week.
Leaning heavily into latter-era BMTH, the Steel City heavyweights did find room for the monstrous mosh anthem Diamonds Aren't Forever from Suicide Season, which followed an acoustic rendition of sTraNgeRs in a clear display of what the band are now capable.
With barely any room to breathe in the final few songs, it's banger after banger – Bad Omens vocalist Noah Sebastian even made a surprise appearance on vocals for the superb swearathon Antivist – culminating in the modern metal classic Throne.
If you're heading along to the Horizon tour in the next week or so, here's what's in store...
