Guns N’ Roses reveal 2025 tour with Public Enemy, Rival Sons and Sex Pistols
Guns N’ Roses have announced a huge new headline run for next year, entitled the Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things tour.
Brace yourselves: Guns N' Roses have "fastidiously" been working on fresh music – and "it's pretty epic".
It's been a while since we heard anything from Guns N' Roses about potential new material, but the Los Angeles hard rock legends have "fastidiously" been working on fresh music behind the scenes.
The exciting news comes courtesy of bassist Duff McKagan's wife, Susan Holmes McKagan, who was a recent guest on the Appetite For Distortion podcast.

As well as chatting about her novel The Velvet Rose, which was published in April last year, Susan dropped the bombshell: “I will say Guns N’ Roses have been working fastidiously on some killer new stuff.
“I can't say much, but I've heard bits and bobs and it's pretty epic,” she continues. "I do want to spread good news, but not detailed news, I guess. Hopefully that’ll put a spring in your step!”
We don't know about you guys, but 'spring in our step' is an understatement.

Last year, Duff revealed that the follow-up to 2006's Chinese Democracy was in the works, revealing that there were "some jams going around".
“The fun part and the cool part about Guns N’ Roses is we don’t really talk about it, and what happens next just happens,” he said. “It’s never been that band that there’s a direct schedule of how we do things.
“I’ve heard some magnificent stuff that Axl [Rose] has – really cool stuff he’s been working on. I’m excited about the possibilities with that, of course.
“[A new Guns N’ Roses album] will happen when it happens, that’s for sure.”
