Linkin Park, YUNGBLUD, Sleep Token, Hayley Williams, Ghost and more among GRAMMY noms

The Recording Academy has revealed the 2026 GRAMMY nominations.

Ahead of the official ceremony on February 1 – which takes place at Los Angeles’ Cryto.com Arena – we now know who’ll be competing in all categories including Best Rock Performance, Best Metal Performance, Best Rock Album and more.

In the former, battling it out for Best Rock Performance are some of this year’s most undeniable stars: Amyl And The Sniffers, Linkin Park, Turnstile, Hayley Williams and YUNGBLUD. Meanwhile, on the heavier end of the spectrum in Best Metal Performance we’ve got Dream Theater, Ghost, Sleep Token and Turnstile.

On to Best Rock Song, and there’s four repeat acts – Sleep Token, Hayley Williams, Turnstile and YUNGBLUD – alongside Nine Inch Nails. Elsewhere, Best Rock Album is comprised of Deftones, Haim, Linkin Park, Turnstile and YUNGBLUD.

Best Alternative Music Performance once again features Turnstile and Hayley Williams, competing against Bon Iver, The Cure and Wet Leg. And finally, Paramore’s superstar singer is also up for Best Alternative Music Album alongside Bon Iver, The Cure, Tyler, The Creator and Wet Leg.

So Turnstile have done best of all with a whopping five nominations, while Hayley Williams has four, and YUNGBLUD has bagged three. Congrats to all – and good luck!
