Ghost are teasing a U.S. arena tour
With concrete news likely arriving later today (September 29), various U.S. arenas are gearing up to announce the imminent return of Ghost…
Ghost are taking their incredible Skeletour into 2026, with a massive new 20-date arena run announced in North America.
Just as we suspected, Ghost have announced a 2026 North American tour.
The band’s epic Skeletour will be heading to 20 arenas across the pond early next year, kicking off at Orlando, Florida’s Kia Center on January 21 and wrapping up at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California on February 23. Tickets go on general sale this Friday, October 3 from 10am local time.
“We wish to inform you that as demand grows ever larger for this most surreal of rituals, so too does one’s opportunity to experience it firsthand,” say Ghost. “In 2026 have your world shook by the most incredible rock spectacle the world has ever known, The Skeletour! Pre-Sales begin today, Sept 29, and the general on-sale launches October 3. Don’t miss your chance to experience this global rock phenomenon when The Skeletour hits a town near you in 2026!”
In a new chapter on the band’s YouTube series – Chapter 22: Now What?! – it says that there’s still “more dates to come”, and the accompanying tour poster confirms that these will yet again be phone-free shows.

In our review of the opening night of the Skeletour in the UK, we said that, “Ghost already won years ago, a fact spoken to by the legions of Papas and evil nuns filling Manchester’s taxis and trains tonight, not to mention an almost total domination of Ghost shirts in the AO’s postcode. But even for a band with a magical ascent already logged, this all feels like a moment. Iron Maiden had the legendary World Slavery Tour, Metallica had their early ’90s Black Album run, and Slipknot truly arrived with the enormous Iowa campaign.
“With the Skeletour, Ghost can now count themselves among that rare group of bands whose blossoming moments didn’t just do for themselves, but will be remembered as a waymarker in metal’s history books.”
