Inspired by everyone from The Cranberries to Phoebe Bridgers, Florence Road are introducing themselves with new single Heavy.
Irish rock quartet Florence Road have unveiled their debut single, Heavy.
The teen band – Lily Aron (vocals), Emma Brandon (guitar), Ailbhe Barry (bass) and Hannah Kelly (drums) – are introducing themselves to the world with their own original material, after first getting noticed by posting massively popular covers of everyone from Paramore to Olivia Rodrigo on TikTok – with the latter even given the seal of approval by the pop megastar herself.
“We actually can’t believe that our music is finally out,” Florence Road write today on Instagram. “We are so proud of this song and realllllyyy hope you like it. We had a great time in the studio writing this with Marshall Vore and John Hill! Big love to you guys. And thank you to everyone else who worked on this to get our music and vision to your ears!! Go stream it babyyy.”
They also sign off, “More soon.”
