Travis Barker reveals he’s recorded two albums in the past two months
blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has been very busy in the studio since the band got back from tour…
If Bad Guy was recorded for blink-182's Take Off Your Pants And Jacket, it would sound a little something like this.
There's a new blink-182 album on the way this year… but with an official announcement still yet to arrive, We Are The In Crowd/SAINTE guitarist Cameron Hurley has found a brilliant way to tide fans over until concrete news is here.
The musician has covered Billie Eilish's smash single Bad Guy – taken from her much talked about debut album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? – in the style of Take Off Your Pants And Jacket-era blink, combining one of the biggest hits of 2019 with one of the best pop-punk records ever.
This isn't the first time Cameron has attempted something like this, either; he's also adapted various blink songs in the style of The 1975, as well as Halsey x Panic! At The Disco, and modern Fall Out Boy in the style of their Take This To Your Grave beginnings. Lovely stuff.
Check out the cover below.
