Brody Dalle Confirms A New Distillers Album Is Coming This Year
Distillers vocalist Brody Dalle has revealed that a new album is coming later in 2019
Remember last year when The Distillers played their first show in 12 years and released their first new music in fifteen years?! Well, good news! It looks like the LA punks will be recording a new album this year... well, according to vocalist Brody Dalle anyway.
Posting on her Instagram yesterday, the singer celebrated her 40th birthday by announcing that the Distillers are making a new record in April (alongside all the hellos to various positives in her life).
"Hello making a Distillers record in April, oh yes das right," she posted, followed by a million emojis.
The upcoming fourth studio album will be the first since 2003's Coral Fang. Remember when that album artwork caused a bit of controversy amongst the clergy? We do.
The Distillers will make their return to the UK at the Reading and Leeds festivals across August 23-25 weekend.
