Fresh from the announcement of their new album METAL FORTH, BABYMETAL have just unleashed the record’s brilliant opening track.
Entitled from me to u, it’s a fantastically explosive banger featuring Poppy, and it’s also accompanied by an eye-popping video which you can watch below.
“I have been a fan of BABYMETAL for years and I am so happy for this song to finally be here!” enthuses Poppy. “They have inspired me so much – enjoy from me to u!”
“A kawaii metal song was born from a collaboration between BABYMETAL and Poppy!” add the trio. “Check out Poppy’s shouts and BABYMETAL’s dance in the Neo Tokyo setting! Kawaii is sprinkled throughout the intense sound! Kimi ni todoke!”
METAL FORTH – which means ‘beyond metal’ – is due out on June 13 via Capitol Records.
