Iron Maiden have announced their new touring drummer
Following Nicko McBrain’s retirement from touring, Iron Maiden have revealed that “a name familiar to many of our fans” will be stepping in next year.

Download Festival have announced none other than Black Sabbath as their second headliner!
Following the news that Iron Maiden will be topping the Download bill on the Sunday, it has now been revealed that heavy metal pioneers Black Sabbath will make their last-ever appearance at the festival on Saturday 11 June. It’s going to be a special one.
Talking about returning to the hallowed grounds of Donington Park, the Prince Of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne says, “Download is my absolute favourite summer festival. It’s always like coming home. See you all there!”
Download Festival is set to take place between June 10 – 12 next year, with tickets going on general sale at 9am on October 23. Head over to the Kerrang! Ticket Store to pick yourself up a pair or three.
