A month on from the release of their original single, Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD have shared an updated rendition of My Only Angel.

Entitled the Desert Road Version, this gorgeous stripped-back track not only has a totally different feel, but also features the banjo skills of comedy legend Steve Martin.

“I’m playing banjo on a Steven Tyler song!” posted Steve on Instagram. “Here’s our text exchange for no particular reason.”

Of course, we’ll be getting even more from Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD next month, when they drop their One More Time collab EP on November 21.

Joe Perry said of working with Dominic Harrison that he’s “the real deal”, and, “The end result turned out to be an amazing collaboration between Aerosmith and YUNGBLUD. Let the music do the talking.”

“We got on so well, the vibe in the room was epic from the start, we had a blast, and were truly honoured to write with him!” agreed Steven. “Rock’n’roll becomes timeless when you pour your heart and soul into it… that’s when the magic happens.”
