If you dig harmonies, and like the idea of pop-rock with a technical, spacey twang, then the new Press to MECO track is definitely up your street. The trio have unleashed a video for latest tune, Here's To The Fatigue, which is lifted from their second studio album of the same name.
It's the follow-up to their breakthrough debut album, Good Intent, and is due to be released on November 17. The trio from Crawley and Croydon, collectively, are going full steam ahead with their new record and have announced a UK tour, too – scroll down for dates.
Watch Here's To The Fatigue below:
Those are some impressively timed vocal harmonies, aren't they? We're digging this, and there's more yet to come from the spacey-rockers.
“Here’s To The Fatigue is about the inability to try and face your problems directly," says drummer/vocalist Lewis Williams. "It talks about finding comfort and trying to let go, through the use of substances and other distractions… before the problems come spilling out uncontrollably. The musical ideas were some of the first written for this album and the lyrics were written outside on a summer’s day, with a laptop, a bottle of rum and the sun beating down.”
If you want to see this song live, then the band will be touring the UK at the end of November.
