Taken from this year’s upcoming blue transitions EP, The Hunna have released a new single, tough love, about “trying to find the right pieces that fit the puzzle again”.
Due out in November, The Hunna’s first-ever EP takes a “deeper look into the transformations and changes that occur naturally in life between two individuals…”
The Hunna have just announced a brand-new EP, blue transitions.
Arriving on November 14 via FLG, vocalist Ryan Potter describes the trio’s first-ever EP release as a “set of powerful, melancholic songs taking a deeper look into the transformations and changes that occur naturally in life between two individuals. The transitional moments and mechanisms that can play out all underlined by different complexions of blue signifying sadness yet also grace in the face of such difficult moments.”
The band – completed by guitarist Daniel Dorney and drummer Jack Metcalfe – have also shared a new single, bloom, to mark the news, with Ryan explaining that the song “follows on from the first single hide & seek. It’s a story about the raw gritty parts to love, life and relationships. Are we able to see past any triggers or past trauma we faced for what they are? And do we have the courage to confront them?”
