“We heard you. We’re coming”: SOAD announce South America stadium tour
Thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long to find out what System Of A Down were teasing: the band will be hitting some massive places in South America in the spring…
The Bandcamp proceeds from SOAD's Protect The Land and Genocidal Humanoidz go to the Armenia Fund.
Not even a week on from the release of their two new songs Protect The Land and Genocidal Humanoidz, and System Of A Down have already raised an amazing $600,000 for charity.
The band shared their first new material in 15 years last Friday (November 6), donating all Bandcamp proceeds from both songs to the Armenia Fund, a charity who provide assistance to those in need in Artsakh and Armenia.
"We are overwhelmed with gratitude for your incredible support of our campaign for the people of Artsakh, and for helping us raise over $600k in donations to provide for those in dire need via the Armenia Fund," they say.

"To the four of us, it’s extremely important to share these truths with you. It is for our ancestors, our culture, and our nation. Help us spread the message. Watch the interview in full below."
