Over 30 new acts announced for Reading & Leeds 2024
This year’s Reading & Leeds has gotten bigger, with the likes of Kid Kapichi, Frozemode, Dead Poet Society, Bears In Trees and more joining the line-up…
The Oozes are back with a new single, Ultrasound, that “walks the line between intensely heavy and whimsically camp”.
The Oozes have unveiled a new single that the band promise is “quintessentially The Oozes”.
The track is called Ultrasound, and as the quartet explain, it “walks the line between intensely heavy and whimsically camp”. “A playful performance,” the band add, “it encourages the audience to immerse themselves in the narrators’ ramblings, with raw references to, and inspiration drawn from Tom’s experiences with manic episodes.”
Ultrasound arrives ahead of a trio of live shows for Independent Venue Week: starting in Bristol on January 29, then heading to Cambridge the following night, and Margate on February 1. A press release also promises that The Oozes are “currently finalising their forthcoming EP”, due out in March, so watch this space.
