Sonic Youth legend Kim Gordon announces new solo album, The Collective

Kim Gordon has announced her second solo album, The Collective.

Due out on March 8 via Matador, the follow-up to Kim’s 2019 debut No Home Record features 11 solo songs from the Sonic Youth icon – including new track and album opener Bye Bye, which you can hear below.

Additionally, Kim has also announced several U.S. tour dates following the release of The Collective in March, kicking things off in Burlington, Vermont at Higher Ground and wrapping up at the Fillmore in San Francisco, California just over a week later.
