Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group have unveiled the first official trailer for Scream 7.
Following 2023’s Scream VI, Neve Campbell is set to make her return as Sidney Prescott in next year’s new instalment of the franchise, after a salary dispute meant that she didn’t reprise her role in its predecessor. Neve joins a cast including Courteney Cox (coming back as Gale Weathers), Isabel May, Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown (who played twins Chad and Mindy Meeks-Martin in Scream VI as well as 2022’s Scream), Anna Camp, Joel McHale, McKenna Grace and more.
A synopsis reads: “When a new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) has built a new life, her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. Determined to protect her family, Sidney must face the horrors of her past to put an end to the bloodshed once and for all.”
Scream 7 will hit cinemas on February 27, 2026. Watch the trailer below:
