The Amazons announce ‘dark’ fourth album and drop new single
Listen to The Amazons’ new single Pitch Black, taken from next year’s fourth LP 21st Century Fiction.
Royal Blood will be playing a couple of warm-up gigs in Nottingham and Newcastle before some massive stadium and festival shows in the summer.
Between supporting Muse and playing the likes of Glastonbury, Royal Blood have got an epic summer ahead of them.
And to get things started, the duo – Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher – will be playing two intimate warm-up shows, at Nottingham’s Rock City on May 26, and then Newcastle’s O2 City Hall on June 21. Tickets go on sale this Thursday, April 6 at 10am.
The Nottingham date will kick off Royal Blood’s whole summer of shows, before they head to stadiums in Plymouth and Huddersfield with Muse. After that there’s Newcastle, then Glastonbury, and then Milton Keynes’ huuuuge Bowl supporting Muse again. Then in July the pair have got several festival performances: at TRNSMT, Truck Festival, Kendal Calling, Y Not? Festival and a hometown date at Brighton Beach. Phew.
