Queens Of The Stone Age announce a massive Europe arena tour
After taking time off due to illness, Josh Homme's returning to the stage to deliver some feel-good hits this summer
Queens Of The Stone Age will headline Sheffield’s Rock N Roll Circus at the Don Valley Bowl, opening up the festival on August 27.
Queens Of The Stone Age have been announced as the opening headliners for this summer’s Rock N Roll Circus.
The Sheffield bash takes place from August 27 – 31 at the Don Valley Bowl, with Josh Homme and co. topping the bill on the first night. They’ll be joined on the day by the QOTSA-curated line-up of Viagra Boys, Fat Dog, The Bug Club and So Good, with the festival promising “more stages, and even more jaw-dropping circus entertainment” to come.
“We’re taking Rock N Roll Circus to the next level in 2025,” enthuses organiser Ali O’Reilly. “Bringing a band such as Queens Of The Stone Age to Sheffield is a huge moment for us and we can’t wait to welcome them to the Big Top in August. They are the perfect act to open our celebrations and fit everything that our brand is trying to achieve. It’s been a long time since they’ve performed in this part of the world, and we’re honoured and excited to have them.”
Tickets go on general sale this Friday, February 21 from 9am.
