Queens Of The Stone Age have announced a massive European arena run for this summer, starting on July 13 in Vienna.

These will be the first Queens outings since the band were forced to come off the road last year due to frontman Josh Homme's health. Having performed a triumphant headline show at Download last June, in July the band cancelled a run of gigs owing to Josh requiring emergency surgery. Shortly afterwards, they announced that they were cancelling the rest of the year's plans so that he could focus on his recuperation.

In December, he returned to the stage at London's Roundhouse, to perform as part of the tribute concert for late Screaming Trees singer and Queens collaborator Mark Lanegan.
