Following the release of their upcoming album In Times New Roman… on June 16, Queens Of The Stone Age will be hitting the road.

The band have just announced a massive North American tour dubbed ‘The End Is Nero’, with an unusual short statement revealing that they’re planning on celebrating the end of the world, which is apparently happening “in a month or two”.

“They would like to encourage the obscene and the clean, the outcasts and the weirdos, and anyone and everyone in between to attend, this is where you belong,” details a press release. “Leave your judgment at the door, bring anything and everything else.”

QOTSA will kick off The End Is Nero tour at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill on August 8, and will wrap things up at California’s Aftershock on October 8.
