Rising extreme-metallers Conjurer recently announced the release of their debut album, Mire, which will be put out by the good people over at Holy Roar Records. And after premiering their new single, Retch, on the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show on Sunday night, they've given us the exclusive on the video.

Talking about the video the band said: "The video for Retch was filmed in Room 4 at Black Rose Studios, Coventry. We've rehearsed in this room every week since before the EP was recorded, with very few weeks off. We wanted to invite people into this space for a really honest experience of what our week-to-week is. No glitz, no glamour, no stage - just a room and some fucking noise."

"Retch is the most straight-up, no-nonsense track on the record and we wanted to reflect that in the video, filming only one take in a place that feels very much entwined with the progression of the band. Throw in the 360 technology and we've had a lot of fun with this one."

Have a look around their rehearsal room below:

Conjurer are featured in our latest issue as one of The Hottest Bands Of 2018 and they're pretty psyched to be involved.

"Being featured as one of the 'Bands of 2018' is utterly batshit to be honest," they said. "None of us ever expected this kind of thing to come about when we started and the support we are being given is really humbling. We are spending every single day this year pushing things forward and paying back to everyone that's given a shit about us. Expect nothing but the biggest of riffs."
