The shoegaze-y Belgians’ new one is “a fresh start” as Slow Crush gear up for a stonking 2025...
It's been a very long wait for a new Slow Crush full-length. Since 2021, in fact, when they released their excellent second album, Hush. Having signed to U.S. label Pure Noise, they've yet to announce a new one, but it's getting closer as they unleash new single Cherry.
Describing the song, the band say it's a "wistful longing for something fresh and new, creating a stormy and effervescent anthology. Evoking an almost thematic cascade of noise that echoes the end and bursts into new life. Cherry feels like the perfect first single. A new, fresh start. Shed your skin."
