Listen to Gatecreeper’s new single, Masterpiece Of Chaos

Gatecreeper have released a brand-new single, Masterpiece Of Chaos.

Following previous efforts Caught In The Treads and The Black Curtain, this latest effort from the death metal faves is described by frontman Chase H. Mason as a track that “sonically contrasts and complements the more melodic approach we took to some of the other songs” on their upcoming third album Dark Superstition.

Chase also reveals that, “Masterpiece Of Chaos is a nightmarish vision of a broken mirror with an ominous creature that lives within the fragmented web of glass.”

Dark Superstition is due out on May 17 via Nuclear Blast, and it’s set to hear the vocalist “incorporate supernatural ideas with my own experiences”. “But the title itself,” Chase adds, “is a reference to the Superstition Mountains in our home state of Arizona. It’s a beautiful mountain range surrounded by tragedy and legends of hidden fortune.”
