It makes sense that the band have opted for a new-album-in-full performance, given that vocalist Cristina Scabbia described Black Anima to Kerrang! as “like a great movie”.
Fans will “feel great and angry and happy and awkward” when they listen to it, she said. “At the end they will feel a sense of relief and release – that’s what I get from this record.”
