“The start of something new…” Conjurer announce UK tour
Conjurer will be returning to the road later this year following their appearance at Manchester’s Damnation.
La Dispute will return to the UK next year with Vs Self and Pijn, and they’ve set up an initiative for fans who can’t afford full price tickets.
La Dispute have announced a 2026 UK tour to celebrate their forthcoming album No One Was Driving The Car.
The band will cross the pond next year to play new music – and plenty of old classics – in Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff and London, before heading over to mainland Europe for an extensive run there. And, as well as bringing along Vs Self and Pijn as special guests, they’ve revealed an initiative inspired by Los Campesinos to help out fans who can’t afford full price tickets for these gigs.
“As promised, jumping back across the Atlantic for another visit to the continent of Europe come late winter 2026, alongside two great bands – Vs Self (USA) and Pijn (UK),” announces vocalist Jordan Dreyer. “21 cities in 13 countries, playing old and new songs, to celebrate the release of LD LP5 No One Was Driving The Car, out Sept. 5th courtesy Epitaph Records.
“Also relevant: we borrowed an idea from the folks in Los Campesinos! (shoutout LC!) and set aside a portion of low income tickets at each show for those in need of a more affordable price point to attend. No barrier to qualify or proof required, but there are a limited number of them each night, so we’d ask you exercise judgment when considering which you’re able to purchase, that way we can keep the affordable option available for those who’d most benefit from it.
“Additional shoutout to Matt and Lindsey (and Kirk) for their hard work making this happen for us and for you, and to the promoters for working alongside them. Not unprecedented (obviously, see above LC! shoutout) but it is unconventional, and it wouldn’t have happened without those people going out of their way to make it happen, all on top of the work they already do making shows happen for us at all. Grateful.
“Unfortunately we weren’t able to provide a low income option for the first leg of the US run in September (two weeks or so away) BUT we are pleased to report it’s already in the works for the NEXT leg of the US run, coming up in the spring of 2026 (and hopefully beyond that as we keep moving along), so keep your eyes peeled for stateside dates in the places we aren’t hitting next month.
“That announcement coming in the future at some point but I’m not sure when. Stay tuned. For now, September tour approaches rapidly, with much to consider and do. Hope to see you somewhere.”
