After Josh Homme had to fly home for emergency surgery a few weeks ago, Queens Of The Stone Age have cancelled some more shows “under doctor’s orders”.
Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Josh Homme is gathering a whole bunch of his pals this month to benefit The Sweet Stuff Foundation.
Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme has announced a star-studded benefit show this month.
The QOTSA frontman is set to bring together everyone from Dave Grohl to Beck and St Vincent, plus members of Eagles Of Death Metal, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Arctic Monkeys for a one-off show at The Belasco in Los Angeles on March 20.
One hundred per cent of proceeds from the gig will be donated to Josh’s own The Sweet Stuff Foundation, which he and his family launched over 10 years ago to ‘provide assistance to career musicians, recording engineers and their families struggling with illness and disability’.
QOTSA will be back in the UK to headline Download Festival in June – get your tickets here.
