Joker 2: Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix seen filming on iconic Bronx stairs

Following February’s first look at Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn in Joker: Folie à Deux, plenty of set photos and videos are starting to emerge from filming.

Most recently the pop superstar was spotted with Joaquin Phoenix in the Bronx, New York – specifically on the iconic staircase from the first movie. This time around, though, Joaquin’s Joker isn’t alone, with him and Gaga singing, dancing, smoking and just generally looking absolutely fantastic together.

And it’s seemingly one of the last things they worked on together for Joker 2, as it has been reported that filming has now wrapped. There’s still not a whole lot of info out there about the rest of the movie, other than the fact it’s due to hit cinemas on October 4, 2024. It’s once again directed by Todd Phillips, and will also feature new cast member Brendan Gleeson. Zazie Beetz will return as Sophie.
