This time last year, we called Lake Malice ‘the UK’s most exciting new alt.metal band’, and ever since then, we’ve been desperate to see them headline a show here.

And on Wednesday, December 6 at Camden’s Black Heart, the duo – Alice Guala and Blake Cornwall – and their backing band finally delivered, giving us the ultimate Christmas present in the form of their first-ever UK headline date.

Joined by the awesome Tropic Gold, Lake Malice unveiled a banger-filled setlist and previewed all the sing-alongs we’re going to have on their March 2024 tour.

“The wildest, sweatiest Malice show ever,” they happily posted afterwards. “We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end this incredible year. Huge thanks to Tropic Gold for opening the show with a killer set. Are you ready to do it again in March?”
