Here’s System Of A Down’s epic Sick New World setlist

System Of A Down have just played their first live gig in 11 months, headlining Sick New World in Las Vegas for the second year in a row.

And just like last time out at the nu-metal mega fest, Serj Tankian and co. made up for lost time with a monumental setlist, consisting of 27 songs and a few oldies that haven’t been played in years.

SOAD kicked things off with a great opening run of X into Suite-Pee into Prison Song, before bringing out mega single B.Y.O.B. sixth in the setlist. They then followed it up with the first performance of Innervision since 2019, and later unleashed Bubbles and CUBErt for the first time in almost a decade.

Of course, towards the end of the set there were plenty more big-hitters, from Chop Suey! at number 19 followed by Lonely Day, and a closing one-two punch of Toxicity and Sugar to finish things up. Phew.

Unfortunately System Of A Down only have one more confirmed show in 2024, so if you want to see more of the same then you’ll have to go to the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco on August 17 for their incredibly cool one-off date with Deftones.
