Could Enter Shikari be releasing a new single soon with FEVER 333 (or, weirdly, David Attenborough)?

Okay, we’re kidding about that second suggestion, but it does seem as though the band are gearing up to drop something new ahead of next month’s massive arena tour.

Rou Reynolds and the gang have just taken to social media to share a graphic with the date 16.01.24 (January 16, which is next Tuesday if you can’t be bothered to go and grab your calendar). This new post features their own visuals, as well as the number 333 – which is likely to be a reference to their soon-to-be-tourmates, FEVER 333.

Additionally, frontman Rou has shared an amusing snippet of himself recording vocals, featuring everyone’s favourite British broadcaster.

“Anyone who’s been in my studio in the last year knows that David Attenborough now lives a solitary but noble life offering encouragement and advice to anyone who steps foot into the vocal booth,” explains Rou. “Here he is whispering sweet emboldening affirmations to me whilst I was recording a new song that I think I want us to release asap what do yous think?”

The video also has the caption ‘I think I’m losing my grip’ – new song title or some lyrics, perhaps? Either way, with David Attenborough overseeing things, we’re definitely excited.
