Bloodstock have added nine more bands to next year's festival – including Ronnie James Dio main stage special guests Killing Joke, who will be playing underneath headliners Lamb Of God on the Sunday.

"Can’t wait to play," says Jaz Coleman, "always loved Bloodstock festival, looking forward to it!"

Elsewhere, All Hail The Yeti will hit the main stage on the Friday of the festival, while Cattle Decapitation and Orbit Culture will play Sunday's Sophie Lancaster stage.

On top of that, Tallah, Samael, Cyhra, Noctem and Nanowar Of Steel will all be playing across the weekend.

Of course, all these bands join the likes of Behemoth, Mercyful Fate, Dimmu Borgir, Testament, Exodus, Black Dahlia Murder and many more.

Bloodstock takes place at Catton Park between August 11 – 14, 2022.
