Against The Current announce two intimate summer shows with Dead Pony

Fresh from their excellent Slam Dunk debut this weekend, Against The Current have announced a couple more shows here.

In a summer of festivals, the trio have added intimate new dates in Manchester and London, with support coming from the brilliant Dead Pony. They’ll hit the Rainy City’s 600-capacity venue Gorilla on July 2, followed by a show at Lafayette in the capital the following night.

If you’re not already tempted enough to see ATC in a tiny venue, in our Slam Dunk review we wrote about how “they’ve had a tricky time lately after wrestling out of a major label contract “which kept us trapped”, but the love with which they’re received here suggests they’ve done very well to keep their loyal fans returning again and again”.
